so disappointed

i bought a groupon voucher for a brazilian treatment. When i got there it was recommened that i pay in r 150 more for a more advanced treatment which i paid for. Within a week my hair was curly once more even though i had used the salon recommended shampoo. I tried repetedly to contact neda and left numerous messages but she neverrespinded. Eventually i managed to speak to her and she said she would discuss the matter with groupon and get back to me. Surpruse she never responded<br> once again after numerous calls and messages i spoke to her. She said she would refund me only r200 of the total amount<br> once again after leaving messages she did not respond. She obviously not concerned about client satisfaction
