Groupon for Neda Beauty & Healing very misleading

<p>I bought a Groupon voucher for R899 for 3D micro-***mentation eyebrows and eyeliner for Neda Beauty & Healing, the value of the actual treatments was advertised as R3000. When I got there Neda's assistant Hellen immediately warned me that it is recommended to rather do micro blading which is much better for natural looking brows but it is R750 to upgrade. I think she advertises the 3D micro ***mentation for the brows to atract buyers to buy the Groupon and then you are obliged to pay the normal price for blading when you get there. I cannot think of any other reason as she does NOT recommend micro-***mentation for the brows. So now the supposed value is R3750. Both my brows and eyeliner had faded and was patchy after a few weeks so I needed a touch up. The touch up was another R1000 for both. So now if the value of the Groupon was true it would be R4750 worth of treatments that I should have had. It does not cost that much anywhere else! Even though I did not spend that much it is very misleading as in the end you do not get a bargain for the treatments and actually end up paying more. When I complained to Groupon Neda refused to do my touch up. In the end I went to someone else in Northcliff which was just as well as the job Neda had done was really bad. My one brow was too pointy at the arch and it was very obvious. Neda spent about 15minutes doing my brows AND eyeliner, she rushes the Groupons in and out. The place I went to to fix up her work spent a full hour on my brows alone! The place I went to fix my brows did the micro-blading for R850. Neda's so called Groupon special does not add up!</p>
