DISGUSTING TREATMENT

Been trying to get through to Neda the whole morning to make an appointment for a groupon gift I got.<br> <br> numbers called *** / *** / ***<br> <br> when eventually get through to them the person answering the phone she is *********** does not even talk English. says that she can not make appointments because they haven't opened yet and there is no one there. <br> <br> I find this to be extremely unprofessional.
