!!! Warning Property mafias!!!
The flats in Chiawelo Wisani Heights are horrible and would not advise anyone to move into them.
1.the property is not maintained. 2 currently the entire property does not have electricity. A week ago eskom came to disconnect the power. Necron sent all of us emails saying there was something wrong at the main box that was caused by load shedding. They later sent someone to connect the electricity *******ly.
Eskom has however came back today to remove cables and as it stands all residents are without electricity.
We currently buy electricity on prepaid with IS metering a company in partnership with necron. So the question is why is the property owing electricity.
The building is also owing water with a bill of over a million. They need to be investigated and held accountable of what they are doing.
I dont think this property has ever been audited. There so many hazards as you enter.

I can confirm that Necron do not reconnect or disconnect any electricity/water/services at any building as these services are provided by a 3rd party independent from Necron as approved by the respective landlords of the property.
The landlords of the mentioned property are in receipt of a court order granted in favour of the landlords and tenants which clearly states the power may not be disconnected by Eskom/council due to an unresolved dispute. Not understanding why this order was not adhered to and after the last disconnection, the Landlords have again obtained a new court order preventing any disconnection at this building trusting that all parties will adhere to the order granted and resolve any disputes amicably without resorting to any other tactics.
