Very bad service

This is the worst company ever managed Eagle Hights estates in Delmas, they keep changing their security guards every now and again and this is because they sometimes don’t pay them on days they agreed to pay them on and this compromises the safety of the people staying in the place. Worse they still make people pay for things that worn out which were not broken by tenants, they’d also switch off electricity for tenants that delayed to pay their monthly rent and this is not legal according to South African law, lastly they delay to fix electricity in a way that even groceries get’s rotten
