they owe me, not the way round

I was a tenant at Maranata Place for 3 yrs, i move out of the apartment end of Feb 2022. as per the process of moving out, an inspection was done and i was sent pics and review. to my surprise, i was told i owe them R1752.12. their so call statement, is taking about arrears (R225), i moves 2 weeks before my notice lapse (they cant answer me what those areas are for.

i clean the apartment for 2 days, but im still be charge cleaning fee (of R250). being charged (sundries and consumables R350) standard sales (R650)

i understand all other fees for wall paining, and replacing locks, certain rail, bath mirror. they have make up a total of R1 775 so to avoid paying my refund now i have received notification i have been handed over after 6 months of following up to no response. i need to pay R2 969 that i owe to them
