Poor service

We have a problem we're I stay at Falcon Mews under Necron Management Pty Ltd, the management doesn't care about their tenant's weve laid complains about the things that need to be fixed in the complex from December 2022, no one has helped us so far. Now we don't have electricity it's been days now. We've been trying to contact them but their not picking up their phone please help us
