Necron Property Management is not an option

Their one residence is a maze of problems, water leaks are left unattended. Electrical system is poorly installed, some tenants plugs have caught fire. Door handles broke within a few months. Stove and oven are poorly installed, they are movable. Their walls let sound through easily. There seems to be no maintenance team, I logged a list of problems last year when we moved in and until now they have not been resolved nor has a maintenance person come to do any inspection. Lastly they sometimes collude with the electricity company to power off your electricity if the rent account is in arrears
