Necron property & Alleyroads

I am very disappointed in the way i was treated by this property management stuff, i sent a request to vacate after spending almost the entire month without electricity due to their dishonesty and engagement with Eskom that led to them(Eskom) disconnecting us from receiving electricity. Necron failed dismally to communicate with me as their tenant regarding their dispute with Eskom while i remained in the dark.

I sent a request to terminate my lease fully aware that i will have to be charged a penalty, but to mu surprise Necron doesn't wanna pay back the balance of my deposit after we both went through the contract and found that, Necron will have to charge me a penalty fee if i terminate my lease, which I have no problem with it, however up to this day almost 30 days later they continue to ignore my emails to them
