Necron Idiots
Necron Property management do not follow the law. My electricity has been switched off due to non payment of rent when I have emailed them trying to make arrangements. They do not respond to emails especially the rude Kayle guy. Any company or landlord is not allowed to cut off utilities such as electricity especially if it is prepaid and Kayle said he was aware of it yet he cannot help.

Let me first state for the record that Necron does not Disconnect Power.
Secondly, your rental payment profile is reflecting as a very poor payment. You have been defaulting continuously on payments and have made arrangement which you have failed to honour yet you seem to call us the Idiots? Where does one draw the line?
Do we allow people to eventually make numerous arrangement, not honour them and then allow them to stay for free?
Necron has no means of not assisting any tenant, however if you make an arrangement and Necron does meet you half way by accepting such arrangement, we trust that you would honour it and not take it for granted. You can not keep on defaulting on payment, keep on making arrangements and not keep to it.
My suggestion would be that if you are not able to afford to pay the required rental in terms of your lease agreement that you rather serve the required notice to vacate.

Then they lie to u saying its a maintance problem.
Necron property management needs to be given attention by the right authorities! I won't let this one slide.

When I told them I have reported the matter to the Tribunal they tell me that the boss Dayne won't be available he is going on leave to Durban.
These people are big *****! I suggest people that are looking for places to rent do not even consider necron property management, there is no professionalism, every department and query is dealt with by the rude Kayle guy.
Most tenants have a problem at that place!

In this regards, your dissatisfaction with our response to your various emails has and the fact that we no longer wish to assist you or accept arrangements has left you desperate and led you to making use of a platform created for house wife's to lodge complaints in their midst of being either board or desperate hoping someone will be willing to entertain the fact that you have ran to hello peter to lodge a complaint against a company because you have not paid your rental timeously and can not afford to live in the unit and the fact that the office has on previous occasions accepted your arrangement which you have defaulted on and now no longer wish to assist you. You have and are acting out of desperation.
