Zero is exactly what they deserve!!!! Their prices are unreasonable and ridiculous. Moved into their property in Delmas and there’s no maintenance for the buildings my tap has been leaking for the whole year and no one is bothered. I spend over R1500 on electricity in a month yet I don’t use the stove for cooking I’ve opted for gas as it is the only option that makes financial sense !!!! R 1500 for lights only???? Should you consider staying in their properties do yourself the biggest favour and move right along….. Taps are dysfunctional, electricity is abnormally higher maintenance is non-existent. We had drains bursting and running in the yard for the whole year last year the water bill is insane even if you go on holiday and only come back for 2 days in a month the water bill remains the same how???? Management has zero ****s to give all they do is just take money!!!!!
