**** invoicing to avoid paying back deposit as per contract

I would like to state that this property management company, doesn't seem to know how to manage and deliver service to its tenants current ones and old ones, they don't even follow they own contracts terms and conditions, they are refusing to pay back my deposit even after their own contracts state that i am entitled to get, they created an invoice to avoid paying back what is due to me, even though no maintenance was done, which is *****ulent as far as the law is concerned, i still don't know why building owners still gives them business as they are really tarnishing the name of their business associates,

I am still waiting to get the balance of my deposits. They couldn't even produce proof that they were paying eskom, when Eskom disconnected us for more than a month which led to me terminating my lease with them, they prepaid meter is charges exorbitant fees. Now they are busy trying to avoid paying the balance of my deposits by creating false invoices of expensive for service they never had to do as the contract was terminated.
