If a property is managed by Necron - Run!!!! and don't look back!

I moved in (Linden Lane), in November and out in February. Worst property management by far!!!! 1. They never have electricity - and when you call them, they tell you it's cable theft and an Eskom problem. the complex can go for 3 days in a week without power. 2. the electricity is prepaid but they sent me a statement charging me a fixed rate for power. when I enquired, I was told that my meter does not work. I had to email proof that I had been purchasing electricity and my meter was indeed active. 3. Many people said that " you won't get your deposit back" and they were right.
