Worst experience imaginable. Eagle Heights Delmas. Necron preys on people's desperation for accommodation in Delmas.

The monthly water bill is inconsistent with the usage.

You have to put up with unruly tenants who will at any time of the week open the boot in the parking bay and blast loud music. And few other tenants who drove at an alarmingly high speed when inside the yard. Security is there and they say there's nothing they can do about it.

I left the flat in relatively the same state I found it, as confirmed by the caretaker when we were doing exit inspection. All that was there were minor stains on the walls, and for that I was charged close to R5000 for 'repairs', therefore forfeiting the entire deposit.

I'm very glad I left that horrible place.
