BE WARNED !!!

I'm hoping all potential tenants take the time to read these reviews because WOW!!! As per their advert last year, first month was free so I paid the deposit and paid the amount for the first month, meaning I would pay for 11 months plus deposit (of which I did). When I didn't renew my lease, they decided immediately to charge me for equipment in the unit that I had complained about on my arrival, calling it "Maintenance fee" (mind you for equipment I found broken). To add to that they immediately handed me over to Collections....of which I was surprised to learn that I was owing when in fact I wasn't (Mind you R800 amount for a service they decided to request without any communication with me) Then also added that I was in "Arrears"? R1299.89 is the amount I have been told to pay. These people are bullies and as I mentioned I hope people do use this platform for research purposes so they are at least aware of the kind of mess they will be getting themselves into.
