Bad service from necron

Ever since necron took over management of this place(eagle heights in delmas) everything has since been chaotic I wouldn’t even give them a single rating but then necron is bunch of ********** who are trying to cover their all their expenses using us tenants yet their service’s and maintenance is poor ever since I moved to this place I had a leaking tap till to date nothing has been done about it yet rent is expected in full ..and if you delay payment your lights get switched off without any notification . Recently they installed water meters without tenants concern n we now paying four times what we used to .when we ask for readings and explanations from *** ,necron@property suite.co.za, *** ,*** we don’t get answers instead we get rude responses filled with ****** cause I dare you if we had white tenants we wouldn’t get this treatment. Security is very poor our flats are broken into our cars damaged coz they constantly change their guards because of non payment of salaries yet they want our rent fully paid on a monthly basis. If you are looking for a place to stay kindly stay away from necron properties cause nothing good will come out of it instead you’ll get your name turnished.
