Bad service

Very bad service, I stay at Eagle Hights where they manage the buildings the stove is faulty from the day I moved in and the previous caretaker came to check it and never did anything, there’s a new caretaker he came and checked it and said he’ll be back he needs a job card from the offices but we’ve been sending emails nothing is happening, I reported issue of signal with my Explorer they came but never fixed it till today since the day I can in. I reported the shower hose in the bathroom, stopper and the basin tap the stopper was fixed because water kept running and it was gonna work against them so I’m being told that I will have to buy the basin tap and shower hose or if they fix those they’ll put the amount of fixing those in my monthly invoice and that was not stipulated in the contract and it’s my first time hearing that you must pay for whatever that wears out in a apartment that you stay in you must be charged for that or it’s the new law? And it is not in the contract. We are treated like animals yet we pay every month at Eagle Hights.
