Linden Lane Complex worst place to stay ever !!!!!

Linden Lane Complex the worst place to rent as a tenant Move in to Linden Lane complex at your own risk, that place is pathetic beyond measurable doubt. The owners and property management do not value the tenants, they make you feel as if you staying there for free yet you pay your monthly rent During my stay a lot of unexplainable things happened, Firstly you need to know that there is a self nominated committee person by the name of a Geraldine who will make sure your stay as tenant is uncomfortable as hell, she is snoopy, conniving and lastag, she got a lot of tenants evicted with her delusional mind. She kisses the owners butt for God knows what ?? There are break-ins in that complex, with no visible forcible entry into the units , when the tenants ask questions a Geraldine will be quick to say tenants must inbox her privately, a lot of issues were raised however none were resolved, in fact they leave tenants hanging after an issue has been raised Now the interesting part, Necron property Management if you think you have seen it all wait till you come into contact with this company, well they have a tendency of switching off your electricity without any communication, at first you will think your electricity is out and purchase a token when you try to load it the meter is blocked When you follow up calling their offices, my dear you will hold with your dear life as they never answer their phones, emails are worst as they do not even entertain them, they tripped my power for 3 days making me and family to stay in an unbearable situation and there is this Dayne person who will request that you send him all proof of payment and then ignore you, not sure what point they trying to prove however its hell. And it gets even better, tenants are billed R1200 for electricity when you inquire no one responds and the water bill will be R1500, I actually do not recommend this place for anyone as it stands a lot of tenants are leaving which clearly shows that there is something fishy, When you purchase electricity compared to other complexes they charging you 11% extra which is nonsense If you want to experience horror affairs first hand move to Linden lane at your own risk!!!!
