Delayed Delivery

The delivery process was particularly frustrating. The courier missed me on the first attempt, forcing me to reschedule, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the delivery was delayed beyond the expected timeframe. Customer service was polite but unhelpful in resolving the issue. Nebula Home should seriously consider changing their courier company to provide a better customer experience.
