Selling of torn, dirty and worn clothes as new

On Saturday 13 Feb 2016 I bought a dress for my wife from Neatela at Grey Owl Village, Centurion. upon arrival at home when my wife tried to fit the dress she discovered it the dress was in a very bad condition, it was torn and dirty and it looked like it was worn a couple of times and not for fitting purposes like been taken home or an even. <br> <br> I had to return it the following day Sunday and the sales lady Nthabiseng Molefe looked at it and confirmed that all this and indicated it was a fault from designer which I did not believe. We then tried to find something as a replacement all to no avail, even check the other store at Forest Hill City without any success. We then left the dress there and with the understanding that today on Monday the supervisor Nolubabalo was to communicate with the store owner for us to get a refund or a new dress. The sales person and supervisor refused with the store owner's contact number. and the supervisor informed me to ask for direction to soshanguave if I need to explain this to her.<br> <br> Now I am sitting here waiting for the call regarding the matter since I left the dress at the store and I paid for it.
