Neat Cars in Bloemfontein is a customer's nightmare

Neat Cars is a ***** vehicle dealership in Bloemfontein, Krause Street in Oranjesig. Bought a 4X4 bakkie from them in June 2023. They promised to pay for the disk and hand me registration & ownership documents by 31 July 2023 once the car is fully paid up. The car was paid up begore 31 July and its been 30 days of chasing after them now. The owner keeps telling stories about either his life partner or someone else who has to scan documents and send them. Also, the car was not in a good condition upon delivery. The centre bearing, bushes and battery holder had to be fixed at buyers expense.
