NEASA’s ethical practice?

NEASA ethical?

Is this construed as ethical conduct of a National Services provider? In 2015 we signed an agreement with NEASA to be referral agents and receive a commission for such business referrals. A client was signed-up late 2018 and all the paperwork was submitted. No referral payment was received so I followed-up in the beginning of 2019…….. A long wait and then the truth came to light. One of the Admin staff members put a claim in for the commission and was paid out in her personal capacity. I was then phoned weeks later and an apology was given together with a promise to rectify the mater soonest. “I was shocked as in my moral standpoint this is like taking something that is and was never yours……. What do we call that again?” Then for two months I get told the commission will be paid out but by the staff member who claimed it….. More smoke and mirrors to date my last email has been ignored by the Port Elizabeth Branch Manager dated 16/04/2019…. No response We have provided ALL of the proof that the contract was Ratified but ….now we are being ignored…….. now I must resort to warning all parties of this distasteful conduct and shocking business practice over a mere R1247. Such a small amount but yet, the actions and conduct of the NEASA personal……. is this ethical? I need to warn all of South Africa of this shocking ethical misconduct. To make matter worse NEASA wants you to believe they have YOUR best interests at heart? I feel this is both untasteful and in poor business practices. In my opinion this is a disgraceful way of doing business and does not constitute fair practice. Not to a SME in any country or region!
