Idiot and Rude

Yesterday I phoned my Employer Organisation called NEASA. I spoke to a guy called Dewald after trying to reach him the whole week. Struggling with English. Struggling to communicate. Struggling with everything. Very impatient and rude. Will end my membership this Monday for sure.
