Pathetic service

This property has caused me an inconvinience, I made a booking, called to confirm the requirements and called to make sure that all the info given was correct. I made a full payment accordingly and then was later sent an email, not even a call yo clear out a supposed misunderstanging coz apparently my booking was made for 2 ppl while I had intended to book for a group of 5. The best thing they did for me was to tell em to pay more. It has been 5 days since my cancellation and no one has called me for feedback...
