NEA (National Eisteddfod of South Africa), bad service from adjudicaton

NEA is a platform to develop young talent. They are expensive and the adjudication is not fair, consistent and enriching for young talent. Nea adjudicators give themselves out as processionals but some of them do not have the knowledge and the s****s to adjudicate a participant and to give constructive, uplifting and empowering critique.

On 18 September 2017, we had to endure a adjudicator in the contemporary singing category, Zariana Ross, who do not speak Afrikaans or English fluently, who is not able to identify real technical aspect that needs work but rather write the same useless comments to all the participants, who gives a child a silver with only compliments - the same child with the same song won 2 competitions...

I mailed the NEA offices, and there CEO, Dr. Francois van der Berg, regarding this problem and received a useless and unsatisfactory response back. They know that their adjudication was not up to scratch and only rescheduled some participants items who complained. The other participants who took their bad and useless remarks, and who aren't complainers is now left in self-doubt regarding their talent and NEA still just take the entry fees without any remorse.

This platform is one of the most expensive platforms and then you get this unsatisfactory experience.
