Non paying contractor
<p>My company, Rustics Jungle Gyms, worked as a sub contractor for Ndzamela construction installing a playground system at a new schools that he was building. My invoice was due on 11 November 2015 and after almost 365 days, many promises and many lies, i am still owed R16, 000. Beware of this company. The owner Mr Mongezi unfortunately tells half truths and so i have instituted legal action against him and his company. </p> <p>The reason for this post is to warn others regarding non payment.</p>

After contacting Mr Mongezi Ndzamela to remind him about the outstanding money, he was very quick to tell me he would pay me but I must remove the listing. Yes, Mr Ndzamela, I will remove the listing as soon as you pay your debt....
