Be aware of this company

My husband ordered a rifle bag online on the 25 November 2024. It is now 10 days later, no sign of the bag, the website shows the order is awaiting processing. I have send an email 3 days ago enquiring on our order. No response. Send an e-mail today, the e-mail returned undelivered. Has phone the number for 4 days in a row. No answer, no returning of the calls. I presume this place is a ****.
