Terrible service

<p>im struggling for weeks to get a statement reflecting all billings with each months dates next to it.my account should be paid up to datse as they just charged interest ,legal fees that is ridicolous.i phoned through my payments with statements reflecting payments from jan to april 2017 and they tell me they did not recieve it.when i get through to their call centre the service is bad,my calls get dropped and i constantly get phonecalls and sms messages from them.this company is very bad.i wanted a recon on my account and a paid up letter.</p>
