Taking advantage of vulnerable consumers

NDS people are playing with consumers , they are just taking advantage of the vulnerable. My cell C account was closed a long time ago. They kept sending me SMS to arrange payments. Somehow after I paid up to 3000 through debit order I realised on my credit record the account was closed. I have heard many people complaining about them too. This is wrong.
