So tired of this!

Good day,

I trust this finds you well.

Please can someone send me my balance for my cell c account.

I am getting phone calls 3 times a day even after I made an arrangement on Friday.

On Monday an operator even slammed the phone down in my ear and was extremely rude.

I have been unemployed for 4 months. but have been making a payment every month. I have attached my payment on the 10th of May.

I am able to start paying my agreed amount from end of June.

Please stop this harassment
