REFUND REQUIRED
Its so amazing how quick call centres such as NDS can quickly take your money but when a refund is promised and they fail to deliver, I find it so amazing how I cant charge interest on that which would include all my reminders to Elaine Fraser who told me I would get my refund.
Can I get my refund now please?
