overcharging on debt collection fees.

NDS issued debit orders I did not give concern to,then they charge me interest for not honouring those. Acc was R2300 when they received it from cell c paid R 800 today acc is on R 2200.When i ask for a proper statement that reflects everything I get a summary statement .That has almost R500 charges they say are according to the debt collection act 1998 however the sections are not there so I may look which section made me deserve to be over charged .Nds agents cant explain am suppose to wait for someone who will be back on the 11 January I must call because that person Miss May will be very busy I might be last on her priority list.No one wants to take responsibility for anything but I must pay because am the debtor .I am a debt collector myself and never treated people like that I am a debtor I also have rights and in the end it my credit record that all this will spoil so it breaks my heart as I am young i would love to buy a car or house one day NDS is not transparent unprofessional and use the debt collecting law as a shield to do as they please with our money
