NDS did not contact me, i had to contact them!

<p>NDS is credit management company. My account was handed by Cell C with out any notification what so ever. I had to contact NDS myself, which was massive task in itself.</p> <p> </p> <p>NDS decided not to contact me due to their embassasing and idiotic s**** levels of their call center and costomer serive.</p> <p>All I want to do is settle may account which i do owe, but still at the fault of Cell C (Cell C and I are taking this up once i settle with NDS) NDS is making it exstremely difficult to settle my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>This level of service is so poor, Im so spurprised that SARS has contrcted them to collect outstanding tax. I will write to SARS to tell them of this poor service and also add all the Hello Peter reviews in my letter.</p> <p>I will ensure SARS drops NDS as their service provider. I am very close to the executives at SARS, they will hear about this poor service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Watch this space.</p>
