NDS credit cruel and spiteful polices

<p>I have not been working for over a year and my accounts were handed over since I couldn't pay I now found a job and my recruiter asked me to get a promise to pay letter from NDS credit management that i have made arrangements to pay my accounts. I made the arrangements yet they refuse to give me the letter as they say I should pay at least three times before I get it now the one confusing thing to me is that I have sent them proof and they still refuse to give me the letter saying they are worried that I may not come back and pay once I get the job. My question is that they would rather be spitefull and cruel towards someone who is looking for work? And if I don't get this job how do they expect me to pay my açcount? They will call me and expect me to pay forgetting they stood in my way of getting a job do they think it is fair? </p>
