NDS credit - Breach of POPI act, Harrassment, Spam

NDS credit has clearly obtained confidential data from another source to chase up TV licences. they do not know if these individuals are TV licence holders or not and relentlessly and aggressively phone and SMS these individuals. They threaten legal action, and demand affidavits if you claim you are not a TV licence holder. I was twice last year told that I was lying when I told them the licence was in my partners name.<br> <br> I am not a TV licence holder and never will be for ethical reasons, but I am a Multichoice account holder so I suspect the data was sold to them.<br> <br> What NDS is doing is ******* in terms of the POPI act, and the attitude is unbelievably arrogant and insulting.
