HARRESMENT

Getting several calls to make payment from the above mentioned for my standard bank loan account. 1st no one could tell me when was the last payment on the account when they called me. i then contacted standard bank to find out. when an agent called back i made arrangement to pay the account off R100 as month and explained my situation amount agreed and 1st payment on the 05 November it was agreed, a week later i get a call advising no arrangements was made, then i get e-mails no arrangement made, got a response an e-mail from Moses Libago advising no payment received obvious its not the 05 November. Now i get SMS that i have not responded to any of the messages really is this a Mickey Mouse company looking for money that Standard Bank choose to do there dirty work or what. This is unprofessional for a collections company its not like im not making any payment arrangements. the sms calls and e-mails are getting just to much now. Got no words. if i get one more message about this account I'm going to go to the ombudsman and i will not pay this account
