Extra fees on balance owed

On the 12th of November 2014, I sent an e-mail to NDS to request the balance owed on the Cell C account that was handed over earlier in the year. A reply was sent back to me, stating that R966.34 is owed.<br> <br> On 3 March 2015, I sent another e-mail, requesting that the consultant confirm balance owed is R166.34, as I paid R200 in November, another R200 in December, R200 in January, and R200 in February.<br> <br> Yet the consultant replies that I owe R250, for \collection commission". <br> <br> A balance owed is supposed to include THE BALANCE OWED. It does not mean that I am given a random figure"
