Don't pay NDS, they are ********

Dear Peter

My CellC account was handed over to NDS however I paid the total outstanding balance that I was owing in full. I made the payment to NDS in December and they assured me that they will transfer the money to CELLC and my account will be closed and I will receive a settlement letter from CELLC. But till today, CellC is still refusing to close my account they are saying that NDS still hasn't paid them. Clearly I was ****med by NDS because it already been 2 months now.
