Bad up account

<p>Good day, I need someone to attend to this urgently. I paid up my capitec account with NDS and guess what the money was not paid to Capitec and the agents are giving me attitude. Please i need this matter to be treated ASAP. Kindly deal with Dephney Mokgosi as she gave me attitude and she still needs to be trained on how to deal with customers.</p>
