bad!!!

Cell services is horrible there contact centre can't even help you always say the network problem because don't know how to do the job I wonder what requirement do guys need. OK my problem started when you guys debited bis and since I had the contract I never use the Sim card so don't know whr got your info so contact was R219 per month i end up paying monthly R320 if not more then when i went to store to get my simcard my Sim contact Sim was in a recycle bin OK I stared not to pay because why must i pay if your don't refund me on the extra I paid every month then saw you blacklist me handed me over to nds so I thought to myself I'm going pay the amount of R1752 arranged a debit order for 200 per month which happened march they debited the amount the same had to happened in April so did't and there was money in my account so i called in spoke to the same person and then told me it can be a system err which it was but said going to sent off to don't who and never got back to me until I phone them spoke a different person explained then she told me I need to pay now R1916.03 so what!!!! so what to R1752 and the debit order of the payment I made in march 200 the person didn't out d
