appalling service

<p>i have been requesting for my statement for a while now and i still have not received anything. the amount that i owe changes with every agent that i speak to, one agent was very confused and i could tell that he himself did not understand anything that i asked him. then there was this extremely rude female agent that just refused to assist and kept asking me "so ngingenaphi mina"(how does that concern me). the service is poor and leaves a lot to be desired. all i want to know is how much i have paid and how much is outstanding, stop confirming my email address and then not using it to send me my statement</p>
