Terrible service from Rental Agency

My car battery was ****** in August this year from the property we are renting at. I notified the rental agency with a detailed email and pics and even before the battery was ****** I called them to "warn' them that the suspect was back in the area etc. Could they please ramp up security around the building. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE!! Acknowledged my email and that was it. I had to have my vehicle towed and parked elsewhere. I can't risk repairing the vehicle and having it broken into again. I have a car that I have to park elsewhere so I still have to make traveling arrangements when I need to get things done. How convenient right? And the cost to repair the vehicle? All comes out of my pocket. Now today, November 6th 2023 lights are being installed in the parking area; why? Because a new tenant who moved in on November 1st, vehicle was broken into. But that is not my only complaint. The place we are currently renting it is not bad at all. Old building but super spacious. Only down fall is that it's not being well maintained at all. Before any repairs are done, it's a constant nagging to the rental agency to sort it out. And then we are spoken to very rudely. Building needs a coat of paint in the inner walkways and to be cleaned regularly and properly. Aldo needs proper dustbins. 3 dustbins for 8 units. That being said, due to the vehicle break-in we have decided to move. I do hope that they will endeavor to sort out the security for future tenants.
