I went to and mall the closest from where i stay,to buy a dstv,i went to this shop that helps with the dstv's to enquire the lady who was helping me told to go and buy a decoder at pep cell and bring it to them ,to them i was to pay R30.00 which they said its for makingg a phone call to connect my dstv with multichoice, i did all these and they told me to go home they will come and install the dish,now after it was installed the tv doesnt play all the channels like e-tv is not playing when i called the person to come and chaange the dish as it is installed at the back of the house,he is saying he is coming bfrom the day the dish was installed(08/12/2015) till today,and he is now not answering the phone,and when i call the no on the receipt they go to voicemail,even the landline no that is on the slip is also not working.
