Re aluminium windows and door frames

2019 I approached NDS ALUMINUM COMPANY to make windows and door frames for house renovation. I paid a SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT towards the quotation. Fast forward 2020. As I do follow up they then moved from their business premises without saying anything to the existing clients or people who had approached them for business. I then contact Phanejl the business owner, who assured me that when I'm ready they will be able to do my stuff. February 2020 I then contacted Ephraim as yo alert them that I need the door frames and windows but to no avail . What was worse its when Phanuel the business owner switched off his phone to avoid any contact with yo this day. He has never been able to deliver the goods or let alone contact me worse he has not PAID BACK MY MONEY THAT I DEPOSITED IN HIS BUSINESS ACCOUNT. He still doing business as usual and not responded to me .
