Unhappy with their services

When I signed up I was promised excellent service, the minute I finished paying I had to be the one doing the follow up till today I haven't received my clearance certificate and I finished paying I think January if not December, they even took an extra R150 which I was told will receive vouchers with them I have been asking and they say they still waiting for what I also don't know, this company is a **** 😡
