Service Delays and Communication

Expressing significant dissatisfaction with the service received after a 9,000 payment, citing a lack of speedy service and regular updates. I expected proactive communication but found myself solely responsible for initiating contact to obtain information regarding my account. This led to a prolonged delay of nearly three months, during which I consistently have to pursue an update.
