NDC SA Shameless and False Service Delivery

I wish I read the reviews before I decided to sign up. Just after starting the process I got a permanent employment and did not go through with completing the forms, however I did accept a Debicheck on my bank account to my regret. After three weeks I have not received a single statement as stated by the contact centre that I would have received in about an hour. After sending an email, no feedback and no statement. They deducted two (2) installments from my account and has not paid a single cent to any of my creditors. Now that I need to purchase a vehicle I am being turned down because I have chosen Voluntary Debt Restructuring and is now black balled. I will go to the NCR and FSB to report this matter as you can't deduct money under false pretenses because according to me that constitutes *****.
