I am so frustrated🙁😦

I'm writing this review with so much frustration. I joined them in March this year, and then in July I settled the account with the agent that made me join NDC. He knows that I was in a hurry to be assisted with removing my name from Debt Review; hence, I even made sure I paid a high installment per month to finish earlier since I had plans to accomplish before year end; unfortunately, I was told he is no longer with them. The service after that is so pathetic I don't get feedback; I need to call them to follow up on the process. They lack communication; so far I have been assisted by Jay dean; currently I am dealing with Arya. They all lack communication. Arya last told me on the 10th of September that everything is on track; they are still waiting for my affidavit; till today I have not heard anything from her. Today I tried calling; I texted her but got no response. I called the landline, and no one is picking up. I am so frustrated right now.
