Debt Review Removal at NDC SA

My name is Mary Gugushe. In 2023 I requested my NDC SA to remove my name on Debt Review and paid R7000 for the service requested. After a couple of month after that I was ask to pay another R3000. To date I am still waiting for the clearance certificate and they are still demanding more money. Could you please assist me to get my money back because I did not get what I paid for and I feel like I have been ****med.
