Debt Consolidation

I have contacted the company for a free assessment, which at the end the very same day confirmed tst they can't assist me as I could not afford,Aland,the consultant that assisted me insured me that they can't assist,and now when I check my profile on Vericred it says that I am in Debt Consolidation with NDC since 2021 and I have never used your services,please have that removed on my profile
